Not without entering a macro (either on your ribbon, or a tool palette). Autodesk has been gearing all of it's software to "Remember the last option used".

We recently upgraded from Autocad 2012 to Autocad map 3d 2017.

In 2012 version, when we issue a dtext command with, lets say pick justify center, the next time we repeat the dtext command, the justification resets to justify left.

In the 2017 version, when we issue a dtext command and say, pick justify center, the next time we repeat the command, it stays at justify center.

Is there a way to have the dtext command reset to justify left? I was looking at TEXTJUSTIFY system variable (i don't know if that will solve my question) but it read-only.

Thanks.
