topic export DWG to DGN Map2004 in AutoCAD Map 3D Developer Forum

I am trying to export to a DGN and set my parameters for the seed file, such as Origin and Master units. I am able to export and open in Microstation, but everytime I attempt to reset the global origin and change my units, the DGN fails to create. I know it will fit the design plane, because I will allow Map2004 to create the seed file and it makes the design plane about 10X larger than I am specifying. Any ideas??
