How To export .tfw file from AutoCAD Map

IF i import one geo referenced image in to autocad map how I can export tfw file (word file contain x y of insertion and rotation angle and scale). can any function is available in lisp or vb. or can i get any ready made utility from net.

If you were to consider third party software, ToolPac 11.0 at
http://www.dotsoft.com/toolpac.htm will create TFW files, even handles
rotated images.
