Importing data filed from .dbf file of shp file and insert into map 3d?

i am working with Map 3d 2009.
i can import SHP file in map 3d using API.when we import shp file there is na text present in dwg file,
in dbf file there is a column name is "Room_Name" now i want to insert data from column in each perticular entity.
can anybody tell me how to do this?

Import the shp file with Object Data and
create annotation blocks.
