Dim Command not Working for AutoCAD 2019LT

I am using AutoCAD LT 2019. The DIM command which I have used for years and have used this dimension style for years is now not working. Nothing happens, no line no text no nothing. Only on F1-DIM, not F0-DIM. The layer is visible, everything else looks normal to me but it's doing nothing. I'll attach the video. HELP! 🙂

Do you have this problem only in one specific drawing?

Can you share it here on the Forum?

Why not just THAW/turn ON/Unlock ALL the layers in your file and try again as a test? aka check your DIMLAYER command setting.
If that still fails ensure UCS and PLAN command are both set to WORLD and try again.
