Yes, I tried FRAME yesterday and it didn't make a difference. But today I am able to delete the boundary like I remember. I don't know if it was the computer reset that did it, or I simply needed more coffee, or maybe indeed setting FRAME to 0 was the trick. It is confusing though because you have to select the polyline boundary, then deselect the xref before deleting. Thanks @maxim_k

Xclip, ImageClip, PDFclip - I used to be able to hide the polyline which is created for the clip boundary because I don't want it to print. I either forgot how to do it, or that option has been removed for some reason. I'm creating a drawing that has two different xrefs and one pdf underlay. They are all clipped as to merge the three drawings together and where they overlap is what I'm clipping. Obviously I don't want three haphazard polylines to print, and don't want to take the time to make the polyline boundary look good if I don't have to. If I

Thanks!

@Anonymous people who are more interested in making me sound dumb, your comments are not needed. Thanks in advance. 😃

...ok I solved ImageClip works with ImageFrame 0, 1, or 2, so instead of the PDF underlay I saved as JPEG and inserted raster image reference. I still need to hide xclip boundary. i think in the past i could create a polyline, then select the polyline as my clip path, then delete the polyline and the xclip remained. now following that same process, the xclip is creating its own polyline boundary on top of my polyline and if i delete it, then the entire xref deletes.

If you select polyline boundary by picking on it, the xref should not be selected unless they are grouped with GROUP command.
