Cursor disappears inside Block Editor

I’m having an issue of my cursor disapearing when I edit a Dynamic Block that I created inside my drawing. I will make my edit to a Parameter - usually when I “modify” a stretch action. Anyway I will make my edit then my crosshairs will disappear, but only with in the block edit window, I still have my arrow currsor if I move my mouse to the docked tool pallets on side or top of my screen. The only way to get the cursor back is to save and reopen the drawing.

Can you share here one of the drawings with such kind of dynamic block that shows this problem?

Here is a file where the problem appears with dynamic blocks when you want to modify the objects of a stretch.

No, I don't know anyone else who has Sonoma on their Mac, but for me, I prefer to wait about half a year before upgrading to a new macOS.

Just downloaded to no avail. I've found if I go back and re-select the action to modify, I can get my cursor back. It seems a bit random about which actions trigger it and when, but it does happen most time I try to modify an action in any dynamic block.

We too had a similar experience while editing a dynamic block in which the cursor disappears or flickers.

The clue was the View area (Properties Palette) while block editing:

If I ran my calculator correctly, the view area is roughly 10 to the 76th power times the size of the observable universe.

When we zoomed with center at 0,0 and a height of 20 units, geometry and cursor appeared.

When we zoomed extents, the geometry and cursor disappeared.

We deleted the dynamic block parameters and actions and then rebuilt them. Normal editing resumed.

If someone would like to test this, I have attached a drawing.

The issue is in the block, WS124.
