Yes, files swap seemlessly between the two OS platforms.

What kind of Mac are you using? What is the OS?

I use both Windows and Mac versions of product and like them both. They are different. They have different user interfaces and some features are not a perfect match.

Here is a link so that you can compare products between platforms. You will find regardless of platform, that the files can be moved between them without any major issues.

Here is a list of System Requirements. If your Mac and OS are up to these requirements, I suggest you download a free 30-day trial and see what you think.
