    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've re-posted this here on a suggestion from the LT forum as it is a mac install...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install Autocad LT 2018 on a Macbook pro laptop and receive the above error when launching it for the first time. I installed it on a MacBook Air at the same time&amp;nbsp;with the same package and that installation works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried doing a clean uninstall following the installation using the Remove link in the applications folder and have also tried downloading a fresh package, but all to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user in question is an administrator on his laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both laptops are also running Fusion 360 which works on both with no problems, but could the problem be something to do with the Autodesk profile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help gratefully received, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Maxim,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't post a screenshot of the error as I don't have access to the laptop at the moment (I am an IT technician in a school and the offending laptop is a teacher's).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hadn't reached the activation stage, the message appears a few seconds after clicking the icon to open it and is just that, a box containing the message above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a clean install of Autocad LT 2018, no previous version was on the laptop, the only other Autodesk software being Fusion 360 which works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
