Been working fine for over twelve months

The application now loads to one opening page which hangs.

No support from Autodesk

Hello. I'm sorry you're having trouble. Can you share some more information, such os your computer specs and what you have tried as far as support from Autodesk? Has anything changed recently in your setup?

While I receive your comments via email, my email replies are just getting bounced back?

Windows 11, 2 year old Dell Desk Top.

Away from my study for a few days (retired Architect) so I can't interrogate the system.

Approaches to Autodesk all end up with Algorithms asking standard questions.

All except why does my licensed software not load anymore?

I believe the email you are seeing is a notification that someone has replied to this forum thread. Replying by email will not work for those notifications.

Have you tried a reset as suggested by @paullimapa? Have you contacted Support at THIS link?
