I am using AutoCAD LT 2025 with Windows 10 on 2 displays. Sometimes, the taskbar on display 1 disappears, but remains on display 2. I use Autocad on display 1. When I close AutoCAD, it returns. Does anyone else have this problem and know of a remedy for this?

I have been using dual monitors for at least 7 years (WFH), so this is not new, but the issue seems to have developed since I started using LT about a year ago. I am using a desktop computer, not a laptop, and I am connecting to an office server through a VPN. I will look at the link you sent. I have a feeling this is an issue with Windows and how it might be interacting with AutoCAD since it always comes back when I close it. I'll also update my drivers to see if that corrects the problem. Thx

I have this same issue as well, with the taskbar disappearing on display 1 but stays on display 2. For me, the taskbar will come back if you hit the Windows key on your keyboard. I don't know how to stop the taskbar disappearing but that's what I've been doing in the meantime

Sadly no one in our offices (in-office or remote) have your issue issue, and I am unsure how to trigger it here in my setup. We are all in Win10Pro-Win11Pro, all of us are "local admin" logins, a mix of laptops (docking stations) and desktops (dual port video cards), all with dual side-by-side monitors, Windows default settings #1 and #2 monitors in "extend these displays" setting, landscape mode.

No, I do not have it set to autohide. When it "disappears" it will leave a white box where the taskbar should be but no widgets/icon/date etc. When I press the Windows key it brings up the Start menu and the taskbar goes back to normal. But the second monitor will still have everything as normal either way. I'm using Win11Pro. My display 1 is a laptop and display 2 is a separate PC monitor. Doesn't matter if I'm hooked up to my work monitor or my home monitor, it will always disappear off my laptop. It's not the end of the world, just a bit annoying.
