I have made some tables that display no borders. The problem is I cannot select them anymore to move or copy the whole table around. I can still enter cells and do all the regular table functions without a problem but I cannot select the table as an object, even with a marquee surrounding the whole table. The only other workaround I figured out is to use QSELECT, but this is pretty annoying. Anyone else ever deal with this?

PICKFIRST <1> so I don't think so. The layer is definitely not locked either. I have no problem selecting and editing cells. Its just that the table insertion point is unselectable if you have no borders. I can recreate the borders, acquire this point, move/copy the table, etc. and then shut them off again, but this seems like a silly process.

Seems to work fine here, see attached, can you share a DWG file?

Did you try fixing the file?

Does this happen in all files with all tables?

weird. yeah, yours works fine or as I would expect it to. I can select the whole entity. Mine is displayed differently. It doesn't even preview the borders in the light gray as yours does. See the attached file. It must have something to do with how I set it up.

Layer 0 and defpoints need to remain on/thawed/unlocked all the time everywhere in any DWG file to avoid such issues: they do "things" and are not just there to clutter up your pop-ups.

Glad it was an simple fix.
