Like i said, this user was fine with DTV2013 then when she got a new(er) computer and i had to install DTV, i just downloaded the newer 2015 version and that's when the problem started. When i couldn't resolve the issue, i got IT to give her even another computer and i still had the same problem. That's when i installed LT. And using the same support files for both LT and DTV, the problem persists in DTV but publishing from LT is fine.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>In my little brain, this is a problem with DTV2015 and i'll not update any of the other DTV2013 users.
