my autocad LT 2016 will not open and request renew license even though it still has three moths to run

when I enter serial number as requested i returns to same screen

I had the same problem this morning. LT worked at about 9.00am, but when I restarted at about 11.00am it requested the serial number. When I put it in it said I needed a new Licence (I have about 4 months left). I got automated emails with new activation codes and they did not work either.

Tried the on line help system but it did not work either. Restarted my computer that did not work. Still waiting for customer service to come back.

I put a request in via the telephone at 11.30am (UK time) "Case 11554977 - Error 0015.111 Desktop Subscription" as I had work to complete by 1.00pm today (UK time) its now 2.30pm and I have a very unhappy client.

Sorry to say but this is also happening on this message where someone else has the problem today:-

Its now 15.40pm in the UK and I have had to get a friend to do the changes on the work I was doing as my client had to have the drawing.

I will be looking elsewhere when this subsciption runs out as this is unreliable.

My LT is now working from about 9.00pm UK time on Friday 26th. I found that going on Tweeter did the trick for me. The contact who helped me was Matthew Dimichele. customersupport@autodesk.com
