    <description>&lt;P&gt;i just subscribed to Autocad Architecture 2017 and have the same problem. Every time a session is opened a email is sent. Who and How do i get this fixed as they did in the Revit issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I open AutoCAD 2016 LT or Revit 2016 LT it checks for the license over the Internet and sends me an email thanking me for registering and activating the program along with an activation code. EVERY TIME I OPEN THE PROGRAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I cannot open either program if I am not connected to the Internet so it can phone home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I fell for the subscription I was under the understanding that I could use the software offline since I need to go to job sites to do some of my work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I stop the emails that are filling my inbox and how can I work offline?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to hear about the issue. You need to be connected to the internet the first time you activate the software and then you can use it for 30 days offline, until you will have to check in again. Your initial problem though may be caused by your antivirus software/firewall. Have you tried disabling it before starting the software when connected to the internet?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are still having trouble, you can &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus/activation-registration/activating-product/activation-codes-and-request-codes" target="_blank"&gt;contact activation and registration&lt;/A&gt; with a request code and they will get you up and running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had both the firewall disabled and the anti virus disabled and no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still get the emails every time the programs are opened and cannot acce3ss the software offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like you ordered on leap day, which caused a bit of a problem as 2/29/2019 doesn't exist. I have adjusted this in our system and resynced your account (please not that resyncs can take up to 24 hours, usually much less). You should be good now though.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Matt,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nothing has changed with my problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Every time I open either program I get an activation email and I can't run either program offline.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to get this resolved since this is useless to me without being able to work without an internet connection on job sites.</description>

The signin page comes up but the submit button is not active after I enter my login information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any Autodask support?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am seriously considering returning this product for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry you are having trouble accessing your account. By not active do you mean it is greyed out (not clickable)? Have you tried clearing cache, cookies, and another browser? Are you trying to &lt;A href="http://accounts.autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;log in here&lt;/A&gt;? Could you provide a screenshot so I can document this the case for you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
