What changed? new PC? LT2000i is not supported in Win8. It may have been an update to Win8 or a change in your IE security settings or something else.
I believe you have to find and install SP2 for LT2000i to work well, but Autodesk doesn't store these anymore. Hopefully you have a backup somewhere.

Read this too, lots of other things to try https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-general-discussion/ac-today-htm/td-p/388674

But.... no one out there is going to fix anything in regards to LT2000i and Windows7/8/10 though.

When launching AutoCad LT, I'm getting two error messages. The first one says the following:

Then the 2nd message is this, get the same message whether responding above with either a 'yes' or 'no'.

After the 2nd message the AutoCad quits.

Windos 8.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

mark

Hi Dean,

Thanks for taking the time to weigh in and sharing that link.

What changed?: AutoCad was reinstalled onto a newer laptop running Windows 8.

mark

LT2000i is not supported in Win8.

If the link I posted above did not help you solve it these folks may be able to sell you a fix, but LT2000i does require SP2 to be installed to fix a lot of issues and Autodesk no longer hosts those ancient updates http://www.longbowsoftware.com

Great, thanks for that link too. I will try installing the SP-2 to see if that fixes my issues.

mark
