tab key does not cycle through object snaps after re-install

I recently re-installed Autocad LT 2012 because I had to get a new harddrive. Now the TAB key does not allow me to cycle through Obect Snaps. I have the pop-up that says specify first point and TAB toggles between two numbers rather than changing the object snap type. Any help would greatly be appeciated as it is almost impossible to work without being able to quickly tab through object snaps. I'm sure there is some setting for these somewhere, but I can't remeber where it is at or find it.

Can I get a little more information from you?

What OS are you running ACAD LT 2012 on?

Is this a standalone or network license?

Are you in default settings or did you carry over your settings from before?

I am trying to set up a similar OS environment to see if I can help out with your issue.

Are you talking about selection cycling? Name of the variable is SELECTIONCYCLING, explained in HELP.

I finally found pressing the F12 key turns off the mode I was in which showed "Specify feature location" popup and when I pressed tab it togged between two numbers. Now I can tab through my object snaps like I used to with this turned off.
