Autodesk 2016 LT closes on startup

Hi,
i bought 7 licenses of AutoCad 2016 LT, since i installed on all computers, i received two different errors:

the first, if i open Autocad, it remain opened on startup for one second and then, there is auto-closing application without any error.
This happens until computer restart.

On the web, i search for possible solution about corrupted files:
In C:\Programdata\Autodesk\Adlm delete CascadeInfo.cas and ProductInformation.pit
In C:\Programdata\FLEXnet\ modify extension file in ".bak", for adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
In both cases when i launch Autocad, the program recreated the file as new.
I disable hardware accellerator, in case graphics card is older or not supported ("\NOHARDWARE" string at the end of .exe path in desktop).

Restart FLEXnet Licensing Service from "services.msc"

the second problem happens always on startup with message: "Fatal Error Unhandled e0434352h Exception at fd9a965dh"
I tried to unistall ".NET FRAMEWORK" and "C++ Libraries", and reinstall all with Autocad, but it doesn't work.

We talk about S.O. Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit (laptop and )
The licenses are managed by network, with an administrator user from Autodesk Site.

If i go into mmc.exe, from AD, there's no apparent error.

Can someone help me?

Good day andrea.vanzini,

The problems that you are describing really sound like a .NET issue and then a licence issue. So, we have two problems for sure.

This is what I would suggest since you have multiple workstations that are exhibiting the problems.

Let's focus on one workstation and fix the problems there. Once successful we can apply the same steps to others.

1) Remove .NET framework (here is a tool that will also accomplish a clean install)

2) Uninstall AutoCAD - also uninstall the Flexnet unless you have other applications that are utilizing it

3) Remove any "left-over" Autodesk-AutoCAD folders

4) Check for all system updates

5) As a Local Administrator, reinstall AutoCAD. When running the executable, rt-click and Run as Administrator.

6) Reinstall .NET 4.6

I believe this will correct both issues. Again, lets contain the procedure to one workstation until we have a successful deployment.

While this still sounds like a .NET error to me, which we should be able to see in your Windows event logs, it perhaps is a licensing issue as well.I am escalating your case in order to get it resolved more quickly than by working through this forum thread.
