Why not test with the AutoCAD built-in PDF driver both in PLOT and then in PUBLISH and confirm the problem still exists. One you add a third party software into the mix you'll find it very challenging to get help from most of us on here unless we happen to have the exact same add-on.

As a rule block appearances are not controlled in PUBLISH: what is this block, what layer do you have it on, and what pagesetup is being used in PUBLISH that may be cancelling that layer (or not even including that block) when plotting?

PLOT is not PUBLISH unless you only load pagesetups and use them in PLOT all the time too.

What is your LT version? WIndows OS version? Is this a sudden and new problem? Or is something different today?

I'm experiencing an issue using batch plotting / publishing where one of my blocks refuses to show up in the pdf. If I go through the process of plotting an individual page one at a time I experience no issues, but if I attempt to batch plot multiple pages the same block will be missing on every page. I've looked into the layer settings and block settings on the block itself and I see no reason for it not to be showing up. I've looked at the settings on my pdf software (bluebeam revu) and it also appears to be fine. What really has me confused is I can plot individually with no issue, but not publish. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

LT 2016 - Windows OS

I've tried using the built in PDF Driver and the problem still exists. It is a simple rectangular black block with some text on it. I have everything set to the 0 layer. I'm using the AutoCAD PDF(General Documentation) DWG to PDF Page Setup. Typically I would just plot these pages individually and it's not a problem, but I'm currently working with 50+ and batchplot would save me alot of time. The page setup when plotting individually vs batch plotting is identical so I'm having a hard time figuring out where the issue exists. This is not necessarily a new problem, however; i'm not typically using batch plot to begin with.

Are you able to see all the blocks in print preview?

If possible can you attach a file to the thread.

1. You forgot to include your font, Tekton LT BoldOblique so our testing will be different.
2. In the PRINT PDF you used a PDF driver called BLUEBEAM BREWERY and chose not to embed the font with the PDF.
3. In the BATCHPLOT PDF you used the built-in PDF driver and chose to embed the font (which did not come through so maybe you should not do that if it's a purchased font).

Pick one PDF driver and one font embed/non-embed choice and I suspect all of your self-inflicted issues will go away.
