There is no automated ability to do that: what "settings" are these that you want from the old version on the old PC?

Have you run the AutoCAD LT 2015 trial already?

This could be an option for you to test.

Install the newer version of AutoCAD in trial mode on the old system. Use the Virtual Agent

Migrate settings to that version as you install.

On the Start menu, use the Export [product_name] Settings option under the Migrate Custom Utilities menu to export those settings.

Copy the resulting ZIP file to the new computer.

Import the settings using the Import [product_name] Settings option under the Migrate Custom Utilities menu.

Let me know if that works. I'm sure others will be posting there suggestions here shortly.

Thanks

I uninstalled LT2015 yesterday on the old computer. I tried installing
(using my CD) it again in trial mode on the old computer and there was an
error. Autodesk Desktop App did show up on desktop.

Toolbars are stored in tjhe CUI file in LT2011. Go find it, grab it, put on a thumbdrive, open CUI command in LT2015, hit the transfer tab, find the tumbdrive file, drag and drop between there and 2015's menu.

What else needs to move over?

OR... you need to install 2011 on the new PC then, export 2011's settings from the old PC to a zip file, hope all is captured, put on a thumbdrive, transfer on the new PC, start 2011, import those settings. when all if working well, start LT2015 and "migrate".

PS: are you sure recreating the toolbars you need in LT2015 would not be simpler and quicker?
