Hello

I have leased LT 2017. Suddenly I had problems with old drawing. Referens pdf-file has dissapeared and I could not load referens pdf-file any more. Program informed that pdf-file is unknown or damaged. I tryed several times and reload pdf-file from other source but it doesnt work. Then i looked updates and i found update 2017 English. I loaded it and yes. Now my old drawing with reference file was useable but new problems appaered... Linetype were not visual in upper box, just name of it, and some orders doesnt work. Ex. draworder informs "unknown order", i could not bind pdf.file as a referens. I tried to load Service pack 1, it was loaded allright but it crash during installation period. What is wrong?.

Hi @Anonymous,

Are you downloading the service pack from the desktop app?

Try downloading them from here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads
