Hi there,

I've been currently experiencing issue with AutoCad LT 2017, in form of of the program crashing a few seconds after i receive an error prompt.

I am currently running version N.301.0.0(x64). An AutoCad LT Alert pops up stating that AutoCad LT cannot continue, and prompts me to attempt to save changes made up to the last command. The report signature simply states that it is an unhanded error.

I have attempted to resolve this problem by reporting the error yet i have not received a solution to this issue. I post this in hope that someone may be able to point me in the right direction or aid me in solving this issue as I'm not sure where to begin looking. Not sure if it could be a .NET Framework error or anything else.

Thank you,

I would suggest submitting the CER report if you get prompted to enter in that info. Can you confirm that you have applied all updates?

If you are unable to successfully download the service packs today. Like Dean mentioned please provide a screengrab of what version of AutoCAD LT you are running.

I know this has been ongoing for you and you also have an option to verify your phone support. I believe you have this option in your according to your account. If not post back and let me know.

I have the same problem. AutoCAD LT cannot continue. - Then it gives instruction to save and how to recover.

It happens after working for a few minutes.

Have submitted several CER's .... Did a complete uninstall per the instructions given and reinstall.

it seemed resolved, but has returned.

I do not use constantly so it probably was never resolved.

Very Frustrating.

I just have a few questions...

Have you tried uninstalling Microsoft C++/.NET??

Has this happened before? How long have you been having random crashes?
