Pallets dropping out of TP after restart

Hi,

I've got a problem with my custom Tool pallet dropping out från the TP after i reboot Lt. I can import them, group them an use them and it works like a charm, but when i close LT and start it up again everything is goen accept the Group i've created.

I've tried storing the files on different locations and tried to change permissions according to:

Also tired:

But it's still not working. Anyone having a clue what the problem is?

After you make your changes/adds to TP, are you actively saving your workspace with WSSAVE command? You'll want to ensure LOCKUI is set to 0 (zero) before you change anything.

Also, can you share the following screenshots please:
1) ABOUT command pop-up.
2) OPTIONS command, FILES tab, expand the Tool Palettes File Locations and Authoring Palette File Locations.
3) Your TPs in place, then your TPs missing after a restart.

Yes I've tried to save it after every change with no success, the LOCKUI has been set to 0. Attached the screenshots to the original Post.

Your LT2023 is not current: install the 2023.1.4 Update, you can get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

May I ask, what's in each of these folders

So only one of your sets is missing, does that set reside in one of those folder above or somewhere else?

I've installed latest update and it's still not working.

Tried to install pallets on a colleagues computer and it isn't working there either..

The top folder contains the XTP-files of the pallets that won't stick to the TP. The folder beneath contains the pallets that sticks after reboot.
