Hello @Anonymous

Welcome to the Autodesk community.

@Anonymous wrote:

AutoCAD LT 2013 is not compatible or supported on a Windows 10 system.

There are some users who have tried and ran the software on that setup but tend to run into issues with crashing, fatal errors etc.

I'll do my best to look into those threads and workarounds.

If you're on a deadline I'd suggest running the trail version in the interim.

To add you could try looking to the following for additional workarounds:

Free trial of AutoCAD

Windows 10 compatibility

How to Roll Back Builds and Uninstall Updates on Windows 10

Let me know if that helps.

I don't work on the team that handles licensing and pricing, I'm sorry.

But.. there is an option to start a live chat with a specialist who does. You can use the Autodesk E-store or you could speak to a reseller in your area. I'll provide the links for both options below.

ADSK E-store: https://www.autodesk.com/store

Reseller Locator: https://www.autodesk.com/resellers/locate-a-reseller

If you find difficulties connecting with someone on either site post back and let me know. I'd be happy to try and help to the best of ability.
