I updated y computer to W10 and now I´m not able to install AutoCAD LT 2013. Are they compatible?

AutoCAD LT 2013 is not compatible or supported on a Windows 10 system.

There are some users who have tried and ran the software on that setup but tend to run into issues with crashing, fatal errors etc.

I'll do my best to look into those threads and workarounds.

If you're on a deadline I'd suggest running the trail version in the interim.

Is it possible to purchase the license (perperual license) of AutoCAD LT 2018, instead of annual fees?

No, Autodesk software are only available with subscription.
