topic Utilising mirror option in AutoCAD LT Forum

When using mirror to covert a drawing in plan view "right handed" to plan view "left handed" How can i change the dimensions to read from left to right without highlighting the dimension line?

Note: I've highlighted in "blue" and highlighted in "green" and even just selected the dimension numbers but in all cases AutoCAD selects both the dimension numbers and the dimension line. ( I assume it because the line was drawn along with the dimension but is the a way i can just select the numbers select mirror and change to read correctly.

Did you perhaps not set MIRRTEXT command to what you want it to be (and the default settings) before mirroring? Read this from HELP
https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACDLT/2023/ENU/index.html?guid=GUID-D55D2D18-B26E-4525-B5E4-03A2A07FB5F6#:~:text=Controls%20how%20MIRROR%20reflects%20text.

NOTE: dimensions are single entities in AutoCAD, text is not separate, but you can edit each one individually with DIMTEDIT command. But that is tedious if you have more than a handful to fix.
