As a workaround, if you still want to use AutoCAD LT 2013 you could look at the following suggestions.

Virtual Machine Environment

How to Make Old Programs Work on Windows 10

Or run a trial version of AutoCAD LT 2016, 2017 or 2018. You can grab the download files here: ADSK Virtual Agent

Good morning, use autocad lt 2013 on upgraded windows 10. At start it opens and the first command (whatever) quits unexpectedly and triggers the autodesk error sending. I tried to fix it and re-install it but it does not work.
I ask for help
Thanks for your attention

AutoCAD LT 2013 is not supported on Windows 10, although it may run okay with some known issues.

So was AutoCAD LT 2013 installed on this PC first (with an older O/S) and this problem started when the O/S was upgraded to Win10?
