qualcuno sà come risolvere?
grazie a tutti

Hello, I begin by saying that all you will see written is translated with google because my english is poor.
I said this I have a problem that has long since longed for me, and that every now and then I reappear without a recurring method.
A normal design with LT, no apparent complexity
When the drawing is ready for printing, press the print button, or the print preview button and autocad LT crash, forcing me to autocad reset.
I did several tests to solve, including copying the design to a new and clean file but the result does not change.
I guess the problem depends on the printer driver (plotter), but I think this should be the printer and I will not see anything on the video unless you block everything.
In any case this problem does not appear with all the files but only with some and as I have already said without there being a way to understand why it happens.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
thank you all

What version of LT are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?

Is this a new problem? PLOT is a core function, so what is new?

I resolved by turning on the plotter. It seems a trivial solution but it is obvious that the printer should be on. In any case I thought that at least the preview could even make it off to a printer off.
I hope to remember it for the future but it would not be okay to be able to preview even with a printer off. Other printers allow it to run smoothly so I do not understand why this can not be done
Thanks anyway
Hello

I must in spite of myself return to this problem because it has not yet been resolved.
the solution proposed in the site (driver update) does not solve my problem because it is not a driver problem (at least for what I think); in fact, the plotter prints the drawings perfectly.
the problem that I find is another and occurs sporadically and precisely does not open the print screen until the plotter is switched on.
the plotter is turned on only when you want to print with it and if instead I want to print on another device or save in pdf format I still have to turn on the plotter otherwise autocad crashes.
as mentioned happens occasionally and this makes me suppose it is rather a problem of dwg files (old, new or from other software) but I can not figure out how to solve
I count on you
thank you

plotter: HP designjet t1100 24 inch - driver: hp designjet t 1100 24in - driver optimized
