Issue with Circle (Tan tan radius) command

Why does Acad draw the resulting circle from the circle (tan tan rad) command on the outer side where it only tangent the imagined extensions of the selected lines?

I have tried to draw the figure with only two straight lines, and then it draws the circle correctly, but as soon as I

include the arc it draws on the outside.

I've had this issue before, and has never solved it.

I can of course work around it with for eg. fillet, or place the circles manually but I would like to know why.

I should add that a circle of up to radius 800 landed on the inner side with Circle (tan tan rad).

Believe me : it depends to where you click ! Look what i have done with three very different locations !
