Page Setup Manager

Since upgrading to Autocad LT 2019 I have had a problem with the Page Setup Manager. It use to be that I could simply right-click on an existing layout tab and I could select Page Setup Manager but now that option is greyed out. Yes, I can go through the Output ribbon to find it as well as one other place but the right-click is the quickest.

Why is it now greyed out on the right-click?

PAGESETUP command is only available when you are actually in that layout first: that how it works in LT2017-2018-2019 as I tested just now to confirm.

What older version did you come from that did something different?

I was upgrading from 2018 but had never noticed if it was the active layout
or not.
