why these dark dots appearing on my pdf's?

Lately when I plot to pdf these dots appear. Hoping someone can help me get rid of them. I'm using Autocad 2025.

I have an idea, but without your dwg it is not easy to explain what you have to check.

Share your .dwg or a part of it, please.

Can you also identify which 'black dots' please?

And do you get these on ALL of your PDF files (share additional PDF samples)?

Or is it limited to this one DWG file?

I've narrowed these down to a label I use for calling out grades on my base plan. This label has a large dot and apparently its showing up on all of my pdf's even though the label layer is turned off. Any idea how to get rid of these?

I can't upload the dwg. as its proprietary information.

Here's another pdf where they show up as orange dots.

You'll need to edit your "label" and remove the dots, or put them on a noplot layer. Reach out to your Cad Manager to revamp your library of blocks to place items you do not wish to print on noplot layers.

No one asked you to share the top secret content in your DWG file my friend, just share enough so we can all touch those dots.

and BTW, you already shared all the secrets in the PDF already, not sure much else can be gleaned from your DWG file

setting the suspected layer to No Plot solved the problem. Thanks for your help.
