Drawing Properties Custom Properties Not Working

I have been using the Drawing Properties Custom Properties through several versions of AutoCAD LT and now in LT 2020 it no longer works. The tab still works in LT 2019. Is this still available in LT 2020? Or can it be turned off/on? Is this a bug? I can take the same drawing into LT 2019 and update all the Custom Properties.

Works fine here in 2020.1.2 update, do you just need to ensure the latest update is installed?

Thanks pendean, the LT 2020.1.2 update has been installed. I downloaded it again, performed a reinstall...still not working. I have uninstalled the 1.2 update and the problem is still there...just went through control panel to do a reinstall of 2020 and the problem is still there.

Not sure...it still works with 2019 on the same computer. I don't change variables or settings...

Is the problem limited to one file, or all files?

It is all files...old or new...these same files work in 2019...so I believe that it is an issue with the configuration of 2020...perhaps I inadvertently turned something off?

I ended up completely uninstalling 2020 and doing a reinstall without the migration...it now works...just had to set my drafting preferences up again.

Hey,

This might be far fetched, but maybe you moved the custom properties pallet to the very corner of your desktop and it was not visible.

Happy to hear that it has been sorted now.
