I realize I'm using an old version of LT, however, it's the one I have.

Occasionally, I will have to open files with large images or one of the complex online house plan dwg files likely generated in a later version. With the image files when trying to print to PDF (specifically), or the complex files when flipping through layout tabs, I will get a "Fatal Error Out of Memory", and the program quits. To stave off problems, I do have a very frequent autosave interval.

The computer is not at issue as far as memory or performance, though it is a 64bit OS (Win7) running a program designed for 32bit(WinXP).

Is there some way to tell the program to draw on as many system resources as it needs?

I do have a seat of 2008 LT on a different computer with lesser memory and speed (though also 7x64) that handles the PDF printing and switch through layouts, with no problem and I have not seen that error with the more modern program.

If there's anyone out there that still remembers this version, I appreciate any insight. I do possibly have the option of installing 2008 on this computer, though I'm apprehensive that at some point, Autodesk will stop providing me with install codes (last computer upgrade and reinstall was last year).

EDIT: for two files specifically: the one with images that I provided markups on, and attempt to print to PDF - 558kb, the complex dwg file that quits on switch tabs is - 8.95MB.
