How to draw using Curves data and Line data?

Hello,

I have an old plan that I'm trying to draw on AutoCAD Lt using Curve and Line data (attached table).

I tried with @Anonymous<N 00d00'00" E but it's not working.

Can someone please let me know how to do it?

You should really change your units to surveyors degrees (you can still input the values but properties will only show the values set in the units). What are you trying to draw the data doesn't make a lot of sense, where are the start points for the line is 0,0 the start. Curves? Are those starting angles? but where in the drawing, can you post an image of what this is representing?
