Why not use IMAGEATTACH to insert the images (always put them in the same directory as the drawing)?

If sending the drawing out why not use ETRANSMIT? This creates a zip file with all relevant files needed to open the drawing.

I am running AutoCad LT 2018

I have been trying for some time to insert jpg's, png etc into a series of drawings. I have used the pastespec command with Paintbrush Picture, Picture, Devices Independent Bitmap and Image Entity. The photo's appear in the drawing The trouble comes with plotting to either pdf or my printer when the image just disappears??

Hi

The I have manged to insert photos in the past but it has always been a bit patchy. This current session I have tried almost everything that has been suggested and now the only way I can get around it is by inserting it as Raster image ref. The only problem with this is that when I send my drawings over we need to sort out the links?

Alan
