Rotate view of drawing in modelspace WITHOUT changing the coordinates of each point-AutoCAD LT 2019

I'd like to rotate my entire drawing in model space, which I can do, but it always changes the coordinates of all points. I'd like to stay the same after rotation as they correspond to Easting and Northing points from a survey I did. So, in essence rotate the view of the drawing and the entire coordinate system beneath it.

Hi,

1. rotate your UCS

for example: UCS Z 45

2. Change the view to the current ucs

PLAN current

3. Set your ucs back

Yes, that works, thank you! After doing it, is there then a way to force the cursor to be perpendicular also without changing the coordinates? Thank you.
