Type ATTSYNC and select one of your blocks. Does that work.

Also your block looks a bit cumbersome. You don't need two separate stretches. One with the basepoint at the middle will work. See the attached drawing.

The attributes in my dynamic block have become mirror and appear inverted. This happened recently, before this they were fine. The block itself is correct and in the correct position, the attributes have the issue.

I have a very similar block which does not have this issue. I have never had this issue before, been using blocks like this for a long time now.

Has anyone got a solution for this?

It returned the attributes to the correct position at that scale. But when I view in another scale the blocks are now completely (block and attributes) in the wrong position. There is no negative value in the scale geometry.

If I sync the scales is this the best solution? It appears that I can only sync one at a time...

ATTSYNC doesnt work. The X position has a negative value now, if I change this to positive it returns to the original position (rotation askew).

Is there a solution to change all these at once?

Thank you for the block tip, appreciate it.

1. You forgot to change the BASE LOCATION of your BUBBLE WIDTH parameter to MIDPOINT. Do that and your block will stretch as you want.

As to your other problem. AutoCAD remembers the position and rotation of each "scale" in an annotation block separately. So to get it back to normal you need to change to each scale and change the relevant values to 0. See the ringed items in the images below
