BATCH PLOT PDF FILE NOT EXIST

ASALAM-0-ALAIKUM EVERYONE,

I AM FACING A PROBLEM SINCE I INSTALLED CAD2021 ON MY LAPTOP.

WHENEVER I BATCH PLOT PDF THE FILE DOES NOT CREATED IN OR EXISTED IN SPECIFIC LOCATION NOR IN DEFAULT LOCATION. I DISABLED BACKGROUND PLOTTING AND TRIED EVERTHING I CAN BUT STILL NOT SUCCEEDED. CAN ANYONE HELP & THANKS IN ADVANCE

That means you have unsuccessfully publish procedure , isn't it ? when you finish publishing is there any pop-up message appear or a comment in the command line ? any way ... i suggest :

change your PDF plotter or update it .
Close any PDF viewing software that may be running in the background, such as Adobe Reader.
set BACKGROUNDPLOT = 0 .
Edit the page setup of each layout in the drawing to make sure the correct printer is selected.

BROTHER I TRIED ALREADY WHATEVER YOU JUST SAID. ON COMPLETING I RECIEVED A POP-UP MESSAGE OF COMPLETION OF PLOTTING. WHEN I PLOT SINGLE PDF IT PLOTS. BUT BATCH PLOT PDF FILE DOES NOT EXIST AND PROCEDURE WENT WITHOUT ANY ERROR. BUT ON PC SYSTEM EVERYTHING WORKING FINE PROBLEM IS ON LAPTOP.

Post a screenshot of your PUBLISH command pop-up "ready to use".
Then post a screenshot of your PUBLISH OPTIONS pop-up as well.

After you publish (and nothing happens), post a screenshot of your AutoCAD program lower right corner.
