Help with radius dimension line forced on/off

I cant seem to modify the Dim line forced on/off in the Dimension Style menu. I can remove it in the properties menu but i need to do that every time i open a new drawing, i want to save the radial dim line forced off permanently in my template.

DIMTOFL is the system variable (if you hover long enough at that entry in PROPERTIES is should tell you): look up usage in HELP and see if turning it off solves your issue.

Note: this is a by-drawing setting, not a universal one.

Unchecking this option seems to solve it for me. It will not apply to existing dims, but the rest moving forward.

DIMTOFL system variable will control this issue . you can force ON/OFF by SYSVARMONITOR command .
