Hi @Anonymous,

It may be the driver, does a different printer driver like the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) work better?

If that does not help, where is the plot stamp located? Maybe check permissions on the file and folder.

Please click the Accept Solution button on any posts that resolve the problem or answer your question.

Likes are always welcome.

All the best,

PLOTSTAMP command is the best place to do that: does it now work either?
Do you need to fix your damaged DWG file first perhaps?
Are you using that is not a FIELD and not a plotstamp?

how would I know it is the driver? and the plot stamp is located at the bottom left of the drawing.

click YES as the pop-up suggests to create the required PLOT STAMP SETTINGS FILE is a good start.

Read about your missing content here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Plot-Stamp-options-are-unavailable.html

Resetting your AutoCAd may fix the issue as well, but you will lose your customizations if they are not backed up https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-architecture-forum/plot-stamp-error/m-p/6319090#M54815
