How to make blocks that cannot be exploded or modified

I need to make blocks in AutoCAD that cannot be exploded or edited through the block editor.

Do you think it is possible?

Hi,

you can make it not to explode from Block Definition ( see below image ) .

... but that can be changed in the Block Editor.

I don't know of a way to prevent both Exploding and Editing, as AutoCAD Blocks. Can you use something else, like a .PDF or some other kind of image?

Yes .. that's right it's just an option that can be used .

What is the intent here?

Is it just a function for internal purposes to prevent people from changing things they shouldn't be changing or do you want to prevent 3rd parties from doing it?

Well, yes, but.... It seems to me that an option that doesn't accomplish what they want to do is not really an option, for them in the circumstances of their request.

My intention is to make dimensional blocks that can only be modified with a class library written by me.
So I would like the block not to be exploded or edited in the block editor.
Do you think it is possible to do this?

AutoCAD does not have that kind of functionality. Anything you can do to discourage editing, can be undone. Tell people to not make these kind of changes and say that any changes will be overwritten. That usually works because people do not like having their work undone.
