      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an error popping up as soon as I open AutoCAD, which states the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now."&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I attached a PNG file with an image of the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A little more info, I was getting rid of my older AutoDesk versions to update to the 2021 versions, I uninstalled all the AutoDesk programs and erased all the AutoDesk folders so I could reinstall the new versions on a different drive. I'm using Academic access to these programs BTW.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;i suggest to&amp;nbsp;Perform a clean uninstall as mentioned here . &amp;gt;&amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Click&lt;/A&gt; &amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
