It's all okay, it's just your monitor (and graphic setting)..

Your monitor have "pixels", million dots in a array

You can turn ON your smooth line /aliasing feature

Command: GRAPHICSCONFIG

But the line data and program output is everytime the same.

my autocad version is 2010. This command is not working.

Right, this command came with version 2011

Press [F1], search for Manual Performance Tuning Dialog Box

and 3DCONFIG command

I don't have such a old version running today, so i can not help.

(but as i wrote: Nothing to do with your object data, it's just the screen display)

CADffm is right. Nothing to worry about. It's perfectly normal. The line is a mathematically perfect line in AutoCAD, it's just that the screen cannot display a perfect line with its rows and columns of pixels.

k thanks..I found that line antialiasing tool..I TURNED OFF/ON...still the same wave lines are coming when i draw line slightly angled...when I print the diagram same waves lines are there...

I guess you have a PRINTER and not a PLOTTER,

a printer printet step by step only dots too. (A Plotter "really" draw this line as line)

Perhaps you see that (we can not see your result because you didn't share a photo about the paper print)

So it could be 100% normal, it's impossible for us to say Yes or no with the informations we have..

Feel free to create a DWG with one single line,

set up your pagesetup well with Printer = "DWG To PDF.pc3"

save the pagesetup, print the page,

save the file

print PDF file to paper, make a scan or photo of paper

share DWG, PDF and your copy/photo with us.

FYI, the waves you refer to are sometimes called "jaggies" or stair-stepping. You can find more information here. As noted, the solution is to get a higher resolution display and/or specify a higher resolution for your printer (increase the dpi - dots per inch). Anti-aliasing can also be used. In effect it softens the corners of the stairs by averaging the intensity of the end pixels on each "step" thus blurring the image a bit.
