topic Overkill command not working in AutoCAD Forum

The attached file contains overlapping geometry created as the result of a generated section block. However it is not responding to OVERKILL command despite all these overlapping lapping sharing the same Z coordinates. It would be possible to cycle through each line to select and delete them but for the sake of my workflow going forward I would be grateful if anyone can find/suggest a way of deleting all but the top line from each. Many thanks Luke

Hello @Luke_Daniels

Not all elements are in the drawing are at same elevation. The hatch is at zero elevation and other elements are different elevations. Try to move all the elements to zero elevation and "OVERKILL" will work. Please find the updated corrected drawing.
