Problem when Bind xref

Hi,
Is anyone else having trouble binding large Xrefs in AutoCAD 2024? I tried binding the same drawing in AutoCAD 2022, and it worked fine. Any suggestions?

When I tried to Xref a drawing, I understood it would take some time to load since it’s a large file (160 MB). However, after attempting to bind the drawing, the application froze for a bit, then unfroze, and nothing changed, I’ve tried multiple times, and the same thing happens, even after cleaning my drawing.

i tried to open a new, empty drawing, and xref the drawing I needed, and attempted to bind it there, but the issue remained the same.

but when I tried this same drawing in AutoCAD 2022, it worked perfectly fine.

error:Error: At least one of the specified xrefs failed to bind for an unknown reason.
Command: Regenerating model.
Regenerating model.
