Model not showing up in view port

I am new to AutoCad and need some help, my project is attached.

I can not get the model to show up in my layout tab. I can place in a viewport like I was taught, but my model doesn't show up.. Can anyone give me a hand?

Double clicks inside the viewport make it active then

go to layer properties and thaw the layers.

Perhaps your viewport needs to be centered on the linework that is in model space. Do a zoom extense by double clicking you mouse wheel after you double click into your viewport.

I have the same issue ... only some of my objects are showing ...but they are associated with a layer.
