I am seeing the same error. Several other users are reporting the same this morning. Something is down on Autodesk's side this morning.

Same here, multiple business users affected, who are trying to use full AutoCAD. Licenses are definitely not expired, and they are definitely connected to the Internet. When I go to the portal to look at our licenses, the portal throws an error.

Same here, I have a few users as well receiving this error. Again we know our licenses are up to date.

Lastly I ask support from Autodesk and they call me within 10 min and told me that their site got problem, the system down and technician is working with that, so we just have to wait.
