Draw Required Area With Required Dimensions

Hi I work in a company, people come to us with their plot registry, on which are the dimensions (north,east,south,west) and area of their plots. But there are no angles. For example, a plot of 25 * 10 meters with an area (according to the mathematical calculations) should be 250 square meters. But 244.95 is listed on the registry.
My question is how do I quickly draw this plot (according to the registry) in AutoCAD? Is there any lisp for this?

This plot can NOT be done without angles or chord .

That's just General description written in a deed for county to tax a parcel here in the U.S.

The Legal Description, with distances and bearings has to be certified by a licensed surveyor .

Your client needs to have the property surveyed and pinned and you shouldn't draw it up and be responsible for that.

This is the problem to be solved, people come to us with old documents, which have only lengths and areas and then we give them this draw, the draw is done but it takes a lot of time. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Get the property surveyed so it's legal.

Hate to be dragged to court by their neighbors for practice without a license, you know what I mean.

If it's not a rectangle, but two opposite edges are 25m and the other two are 10m [i.e. it's a parallelogram], it would be possible to calculate the angles of the corners that would result in that area. But I agree that a real survey should be done. We are currently working on a property whose description in "old documents" was seriously inaccurate.
