Hi,

Would anyone be able to explain how I can optimize CAD.

I have asked this question multiple times before with little help.

Can anyone explain how they setup their templates?

I can turn off SELECTIONPREVIEW and all those other silly commands.

My PC and Laptop are top spec yet I get so much lag.

I cannot understand what I am doing wrong and no one has a proper answer

You can list all of the commands and features that are off and others can added more for you

or upload your empty template and let's see what is hidden in there.

Is there a way to see all the commands that are on/off or what value they are set to?

there is such a long list that I can't individually go through each every time it lags

Delete the proxies, Use overkill, Purge the regapps, use separate layers and freeze them to speed up the regen (Almost everything is on layer txt right now)

It takes time to process your tables, so put them on a different layers when you can.
