Blurry toolbar icons autocad 2018

I have windows 10 and I just downloaded autocad 2018 and the text below the icons is crisp and clear but the icons themselves appear to be blurry. My display resolution is 1920x1080 with 125% scale. When I change the display scale from 125% to 100% the problem seems to be fixed but I was wondering if the problem can be solved otherwise since it's hard for me to see the icons at this scale. This was never an issue on my previous laptop with autocad 2018 so why does it appear now?

Have you installed AutoCAD 2018 update?

Autodesk added 4k support in AutoCAD 2018.1: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/AutoCAD-Core/files/GUID-CCF06693-24EB-4DCB-BC60-183A91093024-htm.html

Try installing the latest AutoCAD update and see if it helps.
