    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can set the default scales in Options, User Preferences, Default Scale List (lower right), then pick imperial.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also at the bottom of the scale list while in the drawing there is a custom option to add a scale.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if you want to go old school you make the viewport current, start the zoom command, type 1/48XP and hit enter, for 1/4"=1' scale.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set my units at the beginning of my project to architectural and inches but now I am trying to scale the viewport for my drawing in paper view and the scales are in metric. I would like the scale to be 1/4"=1'. does anyone know how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
